PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY PRACTICE /OM IN THE HOME STUDIO
Mission: The student teacher relationship is built on trust and intention. A yoga/fitness practice is one that will guide and inspire you. The function of a teacher is to offer you the tools with which to self manage. The basic poses in yoga are the building blocks for more advanced practices and the linking of poses, known as flow, which becomes a dance of movement and breath.
